Diet,almost a month

Is been almost a month that I started my diet and I’m happy of the lost until now.
I begin at 335 pounds and I lost 26.4 pounds.
I want to reach 220 pounds,so I got 88.6 pounds to go.
Motivation,perseverance,good will and focus to achieve my goal.
